I am a firm believer in the multi-verse theory and thus use this as my justification for being fictionkin. I am not a KFF otherkin and I firmly believe that people who "kin for fun" need to educate themselves on the definitions of the terminology they're using and stop misconceptualizing otherkin terminology.
I kin both through past lives and through identifying as a kintype. Some of my kintypes (including fictionkin) I believe are past lives in other dimensions/universes.
I do not do that thing where I'll just accept you as my canonmate just because you kin a character I'm looking for. Ask me about my timelines before declaring you're my (x). If the kintype you're asking about happens to be an ID instead of a past life, then I want to grow a friendship with you before claiming you as my (x).
I am not looking for a romantic relationship with anyone. If your only intentions in messaging me are to become romantic, then you are not welcome here.
I am 22 years old and if being friends with an adult is something that may make you uncomfortable, then I will respect that. However, I have friends of very vast age ranges and believe platonic interactions between people of different age groups is healthy. If you want to be friends, that's perfectly fine with me. The only reason I would ever ask you for your age would be so I know if I am allowed to show you any potentially NSFW art I draw or if I am okay to make adult jokes with you. I am not looking to catch a case.
